What are some really good colleges that I can attend strictly online?

I want to earn my degree online as I can't attend regular college due to my job (and no, I can't quit or accommodate.) I've looked at University of Phoenix and there aren't very good reviews. I don't want to waste my money and get a piece of paper. I want a degree and a career. I also want to be able to get that career in Florida.
