Why does my computer automatticaly typ jasminswebcamchat4free.com when i enter a web browser?

I cant get to any website, i cant even do google search for an anti spy software because this stupid thing just types itself into any bar you can type, i really need help also if i deleted all of my programs on my computer would that do any help?
