Would you accommodate guests if they want to stay over for a month?

It would probably be fine if they are close relatives and if you had a guest room. But would you really want some one crashing on your couch for a full month? Might be a little tight and uncomfortable, for you and the guest. Maybe offer them to stay for a week a or 2 and help find somewhere else they can stay for the remainder of the time like another family member or one of their friends places.
