My parents are spying on me and I want to confront them about it?

I am a sixteen year old boy with an eighteen year old sister, a mom, and a step dad. Like every sixteen year old I love playing Xbox and my Xbox has netflix. My mom has kept me very sheltered and now on netflix I have started watching South Park. For the past few weeks my parents have been asking me a lot of weird questions about netflix and today I overheard them talking about me watching South Park and a few other things say that I will start swearing and become a pervert. I will be going away to college next year and moving out. I feel like even though I am almost legally an adult and surely old enough to make my own decisions they do not trust me. After finding this out I did a bit of digging and I found out they also monitor my cell phone internet activity and texts. This makes me feel very unsafe like my actions are being watch and makes conversation awkward because every time I see them I think of their spying. My immediate solution is to not go on my phones internet, text, or watch netflix but this is no solution. I want to confront them about their distrust of me. I would like some advise please. Webcam security - can people hack in my webcam even though I am not in MSN, etc.?

I have a built-in webcam in my notebook (which I never used before, dunno whether running or not). So whenever I am doing my work on the notebook or browsing the Net, can people actually hack into my webcam and spy on me? I understand that it is possible that people hack into others' PC or webcam, but if I do not turn it on (I dun know how to turn it on anyway), can they still hack into my webcam and spy? Pls advise.

Was my UK visa was approved or denied?

i would go heavy on the magic and traps than monsters. maybe 15 good monsters and the rest split with magic and traps. if you have the right ones that compliment your monsters, winning is a breeze. also get the cards like princess of tsurugi that do 500 damage per card in oponents magic zone. princess of tsurugi and just desserts in one turn can do 3000-5000 damage on life points easy.

I quit my job, can I still get unemployment?

I was suppose to be layoff in August of 2010 but that was postponed until November 2010, which was delayed until January of 2011, and finally set for April 18 of 2011. In the mean time I made plans to relocate but delayed my departure to accommodate my employer and to be eligible for unemployment. However April 18 date came and went with no specific date but talk of an additional 90 days before layoffs would take effect. Without a specific date and with no confidence in the layoff to be completed in 90 days, I resigned and will be moving. My Controller and other friends suggested I still should apply for unemployment. Do you think I have a chance to still collect? I do have a paperwork with the original date and a copy of an emails explaining delays in layoffs as evidence. Thanks

Can a school cop use King Soopers video camera to spy without a warrant?

My son was harassed by school cop, claiming he seen him on the camera smoking. The cop did not physically "catch" him smoking, he came over to the kids pulled only him aside and told him that he seen him on the camera. He proceeded to search my son's body for tobacco possession, then checked his school bag, and no tobacco what so ever, told me son to sign the ticket, my son told him he didn't want to sign it without his mother being there, so the cop told him that he would have to then arrest him, so he signed the ticket out of fear. Help, his court date is in July. Suggestions on how to handle the situation in court.

I haven't seen anything like this when looking through a lot of the already answered questions about hitting cars. The question is simply this: I accidentally hit a trailer (with a car strapped on it for transportation. It wasn't a semi trailer, but a small truck trailer.) and I acknowledged my demise. Knowing that I shouldn't hit a vehicle and run, I wait for them to pull over so I can talk to them. I didn't get the license number (stupid me... I didn't have anything to record it anyways) and they had many chances to stop. After about 10 miles, I am still waiting for them to stop. Along the way, many open places were available that could accommodate the truck and trailer very easily. I don't know exactly what to think. They never stopped. My vehicle wasn't damaged at all and the back of the trailer looked normal from where I could see it. Nothing looked damaged. What should I expect now?
