D :i have a question about the i 130 my wife filed for me?

after filing for the i 130 we recieved the one and only notice from immigration i recieved it in november 29 2010 it says its a i 797c notice of action i havent recieve anthhing else after this notice from what i know right after this one im suppose to recieve an appointment for a biometrics but its been three months now and i also noticed that on this notice it says payment information applicant fee 355 and biometrics fee 0.00 why does it say that ? i dont under stand does it mean we didnt pay for a biometrics or didnt file for one i dont know can some one please help me out give me some information thanks alot tho those that help
