How do I get my Dubai visa ban lifted?

OK.. I wasn't really banned.. But it happened this way. I was on a 2 weeks visa. Overstayed a year and a month. Went out with a fake passport through Abu Dhabi.. and here I'm in Nigeria wanting to go back.. But the problem here is.. I can't go back because my passport number may have been stucked up in the immigration system. Umm they will detect upon my arrival asking how I got out of Dubai when it still shows am not out yet. Just wanna resolve this. The best option is using another passport but the passport I used was a biometric( new one) So it can't be changed. I mean the passport number.. Yikes! Just don't know what can be done. :S
