How long does it take to enter USA from Canada under VWP?

When you check-in for your flight to Canada ask the airline for a U.S. arrival/departure record form I-94W and a U.S. Customs Declaration Form CF-6059. Alternately when you arrive in Canada at the Calgary, Edmonton, Montr�al-Trudeau, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver or Winnipeg airport go to the U.S. pre-clearance facility and try to get the forms from there.
