R&S: Could there be another earth inhabited by humans elsewhere in the Universe?

Since the Universe is expanding at the speed of light, it wouldn't be very far-fetched to say that there must be at least one more life-accommodating planet, could there be humans there, with other cultures, languages and beliefs?
