You should have smiled when you saw that number. Considering how much exercising you have been doing you just gained muscle. As you probably know, muscle weighs more than fat. You have most likely gotten to the point where either you are doing the same workouts too much or you have little fat left. If you've still got a good hunk of fat to get rid of, start doing more fierce and short exercises to revv up your fat burning furnace. Good luck!
