I quit my job, can I still get unemployment?

I was suppose to be layoff in August of 2010 but that was postponed until November 2010, which was delayed until January of 2011, and finally set for April 18 of 2011. At one location a cashier was pulling 55� peelie coupons off of products of Shout so he could send them in to the manafacture letting the store be reimbursed without any customer having redeemed them. At three other Food Towns I spied them manually entering in taxable coupons as non taxable/food coupons so an item would be doubled taxed. Here in Texas as well as a few other states by law the manafacture must pay the tax for the consumer. It's keyed into the coupons. So Food Town is letting their customer pay taxes on something that has already been paid for by the manafacture. New extreme couponers probably wouldn't have even noticed. It would probably be fine if they are close relatives and if you had a guest room. But would you really want some one crashing on your couch for a full month? How to relieve over filled breasts?

I use Bank of America and the overall checking balance is positive and I know for sure it's positive... but on the list of account activity the latest balance says negative. Why is my computer slow all of a sudden?

theres a little bit of true to that but its not as straight forward as you were told. Theres no way he can join the AF being enlisted and they will let him go straight into schooling. Depending on what his job will be he is looking at between 3 months to a year just for technical school training. After his training he goes to his first base which then hes what we call a "3 level" which means hes a rookie and hes got tons of training to do. Then after that, hes award a 5 level" badge which now qualifies him as competent at his job and he can now pursue college or whatever he wants with education. At this point half of his enlistment is up so unless hes really really really smart and can CLEP all the classes he can theres no way he'll get it done without re enlisting. There is a program out there that's for enlisted members that will do what you were told, which is allow him to drop from his current AF job and become a full time student, but that requires him to be at least 2 years away from getting his BA. look the biometric chip in a passport is a chip not a tracking device the chip holds information about you so when you go through immigration in some countries they have a scanner and it activates the chip and then brings the information up on a computer screen. i know this as i was deported from the USA and i tried to go to canada and because my flight changed in the states i had to go through american immigration and it flagged it up on the computer when they scanned the chip so i was sent back to the uk and didn't even get to see my brother in toronto. i don't see why they would track people as it is an invasion of ur human rights.

Practice, practice, practice. It may seem that you can't do anything, so what you need to do is learn to modify the exercises to fit what you're able to accomplish. Instead, get a pull up bar and a small stool or chair for support. Do pull ups from the stool, with your ankles crossed and barely any support on your feet. Get a good feel for what you're able to do with some amount of effort and go from there. Gradually as you feel stronger and more confidant, make it more difficult! Just make sure that you're pushing yourself. You can do the same with push ups!

O.K., I used to work in child protective services. Laws very by state. In general, a call comes in and the caller's name is kept confidential. The call taker makes an assessment as to whether or not there will be a follow up. That's the first gate keeper. If allegations are made that the child's life is in danger from abuse or neglect then the call has to be referred on to someone who goes out to check on the child. The age of the child makes a big difference in this. It doesn't sound like anyone is going to be taking away your children. They haven't even suggested opening up a case. Perhaps you just need to adjust your way of looking at it all. Social workers are people who care about the welfare of your children, they aren't "the enemy". If they do open a case, it's not the end of the world. Sit down with them. Tell them the truth and you will find they can offer some useful services. If you co-operate by doing classes or whatever they come up with as a "plan", it won't be long and they'll have closed the case. Look upon them as friends dropping by to visit. The state does not make any money by adopting children out. They do, however, have a mandate to not let children linger in foster care. Relatives are the first choice for fostering any child that needs to be removed from the home and they are also the first choice for adoption if they child cannot be returned home. Terminating parental rights doesn't just happen. The parents usually have a lot of chances to turn things around. But I get that this is an invasion of your privacy for no good reason, so perhaps you should consider consulting with a family law attorney to see if you can get CPS to stop coming over because you are feeling harassed. It has been two months since they have received my petition for my husband, but we have yet to receive a biometric appointment notice. The lady who was helping me said that there wouldnt be one with this form. Why wouldnt there be one??

Is placing a computer in a desk hold a bad idea?

I'm considering buying a new computer case but it's actually too big to sit on top of my desk like my current one. There is a square hold towards the bottom of the desk that would accommodate it's size with about an inch or two of surrounding space to spare. The case will have 5 or 6 fans and the desk its self sits on carpet. I'm worried that the computer will just get filled with dust and get too hot because of it being so close to the floor and in a confined space. The computer is a medium range gaming pc and the reason I'm buying a new case is because the new GPU I'm buying (which has 3 fans its self and vapor cooling) doesn't fit in my current case. I can't think of any other way around this. Will this create a big problem?

Daughter who is 22 remains living at home and is dependant upon parents to accommodate however has small income from casual employment. Recently she told her mother that she was having second thoughts re separation from bf but later that night contacted him and said she want nil to do with him and not to contact her until after birth of child. Why is she lying all the time, she has been caught out on a few lies of late primarily about her relationship. Understandably the daughter is scared of loosing this child and as a result is having some difficulty bonding with unborn but is also pushing friends away and now only goes to work, medical appts and spends some time on social network sites. Father of baby devastated, how can we help? Some borderline personality traits of behavior presenting here is it because of the stress of the pregnancy?

Can i schedule my biometrics appoinment via infopass right after receiving I-797C?

the NOA says they will send me a letter with the date of my appointment but i have to travel outside the country on june 10 and i do not think they would schedule my appointment before this date. i want to know if i can schedule myself or do i have to wait for them to give the date so i can reschedule? is there any way i can do the biometrics in a us embassy in the country i am going to travel?

What to do about my relationship!?

Well I have been dating this girl now for about 1 1/12 years now and I'm completely confused. I love this girl so much and she says she loves me but I'm not sure if she is in love with me anymore. We are having arguments over and over about the same stuff and its really annoying. I try to sit and talk things out with her before they turn into an argument but she just gets frustrated and does not want to hear what i have to say. It seems like i always am expressing my love for her but she is just so blah. Single umbilical artery?

When I had my 20 week ultra sound I was sent to perinatal services at the hospital because I needed a more indepth look of the baby due to prior birth defects with my first child. Well luckily, this baby doesn't suffer from that particular birth defect, however, they found that I have a SUA (single umbilical artery) meaning where a normal umbilical cord looks like mickey mouse one big vein and two arteries, I have the big vein and one artery. And the artery I have is slightly enlarged to accommodate for the lack of the second artery. My concern and question is because the artery is what supplies the oxygen, nutrients and whatnot to the baby...it can cause growth issues, low birth weight, sometimes birth defects, has anyone experienced this and if so, did you have to be induced or c-section early due to lack of growth or did you finish out your pregnancy normal? I go this Thursday and depending on what the ultrasound shows will determine whether they take the baby or I finish out normally. I am just getting others experiences and thoughts. =0)

Name misspelled on UK visa?

I received my UK Visa (Family Visit - Less than 6 months) on which I noticed that my name has been misspelled by British Embassy. Instead of ARSHAD FAHAD, they have wrongly printed it ARSHAD FARAD. Its purely their mistake as i filled the visa forms correctly. Now i want to ask, as all other data mentioned on visa i.e., my passport number, my date of birth and my photograph are correct, and they also have my biometrics record with them which can be used for verification by them if required, can i travel to UK on this visa without getting into any trouble by immigration officer???

What is the process for applying for a I-131 Travel Document?

I am in the process of moving from Canada to the U.S.A. on a K3 spousal visa. Once I come into the U.S.A. and apply for permanent residency I apparently cannot leave the country for awhile. I want to be able to come back to Canada for a couple months to work until my Social Security Card is ready. Does anyone know the process of applying for a I-131? As far as I can tell, I have to apply for it, have my biometrics done and then I can leave and have the I-131 approved document sent to a consulate in Canada. Is this correct and if so, how long does it normally take to apply and get an appointment for my biometrics? I know the processing time for the approval is 3 months but just wondering how long it'll take for an appointment for my biometrics. Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help.

My I-485 along with I-765 is in process and I just received a letter telling me to go in for biometrics on july 14th which is in a couple of weeks. Ok a couple months ago I had an exam done because I have been experiencing some headaches and eye strain. I was told im farsighted and given a prescription for glasses. +1SPH on both eyes. I got a second opinion yesterday from an opthamologist just to make sure, and he did a dialated refraction and found my prescription was actually +.75 SPH each eye. Since I couldnt accommodate, is this the worst it will be, or will my prescription increase or decrease with age? I doubt ill fill the prescription, its not really strong enough to bother with. and why was my prescription stronger when I could accomodate than the refraction I had when I couldnt accomodate?

All these WEB sites would either only book a hotel room for 2 people or if I marked 4 people it stated all rooms were unavailable expect 1 extremely expensive hotel.
